Landmark Surry Hills house shoots for suburb record with $12m guide

By Taylor and Partners Reception

Self-storage businessman Mark Camuglia is shooting for the Surry Hills suburb record with a landmark residence that has a $12 million guide.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom ‘Italianate House’ with four-car garage at 177A Albion St is for sale in an expressions of interest campaign with The Agency’s Ben Collier.

CoreLogic shows Camuglia bought the 1890s property on a rare 512 sqm block for $3.15 million in December, 2011 — but it’s undergone a complete transformation since.
