St Vincent’s Private is ecstatic to be receiving a $6m bequest from nurse Nan Kearins, who died at age 101 leaving a 1950s ‘time warp’ apartment to her employer of 70 years.

Selling agent Walter Burfitt-Williams, director at Ray White Taylor & Partners, says the two-bedroom Glenhurst Gardens apartment at 77/11 Yarranabe Road, which has a $1.1m to $1.2m price guide ahead of an April 10 auction, has had more than 100 inquiries in the three days that it’s been on realestate.com.au.
