Annandale warehouse conversion sold for more than $6.5m

A stunning warehouse conversion listed by Qantas Group executive Andrew Parker has sold for more than $6.5 million.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom Annandale property – once owned by the late artist Fred Cress, then his son, The Block co-creator Julian Cress – has sold well ahead of its scheduled June 10 auction date.
