Sydney auctions: Darlinghurst terrace sells for $3.625 million following bidding war

One of the strongest auctions recorded in Sydney on Saturday was for a Darlinghurst terrace in need of a revamp.

The virtual auction for 91 Barcom Ave  saw an all out bidding war take place between the four registered bidders.
